At Visions Unfolding, LLC, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with intention and care. Because many of our items are custom and decorative in nature, please review this policy carefully before completing your purchase.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Custom & Personalized Orders
All custom and personalized items are final sale.
This includes items featuring:
• Names
• Dates
• Personalized messages
• Custom design requests
• Special color or embellishment selections
Once production begins, changes cannot be made.
Customers are solely responsible for verifying spelling, personalization details, and shipping information at checkout.
Custom items are eligible for replacement or refund only if damaged during transit and reported within the required timeframe.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective due to shipping, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
To initiate a claim, email:

Include:
• Proof of purchase
• Clear, timestamped photographs of:
• The damaged item
• Interior packaging
• Exterior shipping box
Failure to provide required documentation within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.
Approved claims may result in:
• Replacement (if available)
• Store credit
• Refund to original payment method
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
Exclusions From Refunds
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, the following are not considered defects:
• Minor paint variations or brush strokes
• Slight alignment differences in rhinestones or embellishments
• Texture variations
• Decorative material placement differences
• Natural aging of adhesives or finishes
Refunds will not be granted for:
• Damage caused by mishandling or improper care
• Dropping, scratching, or stacking items
• Exposure to sunlight, heat, moisture, or outdoor conditions
• Failure to follow published care instructions

Shipping & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the item is delivered and marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
Visions Unfolding is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Packages marked delivered but reported missing
• Theft after confirmed delivery
• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
If a package is returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, additional shipping fees will be required to resend the item.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visions Unfolding, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the item.
