are the exclusive property of Visions Unfolding, LLC and are protected under United States copyright and trademark laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, resale, replication, reverse engineering, or commercial use of any design or concept is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Product Nature & Decorative Use

Many of our products are handcrafted decorative art pieces.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, items are:

• Not food-safe
• Not intended for drinking or liquid storage
• Not dishwasher, microwave, or oven safe
• Not commercial-grade merchandise

Customers agree to use products only as intended.

Improper use voids eligibility for refunds or replacements.

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized items are final sale.

Customers are solely responsible for:

• Spelling accuracy
• Personalization details
• Design approvals
• Shipping information accuracy

Once production begins, modifications cannot be made.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice.

Payment must be completed in full before order processing begins.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the package as “Delivered.”

We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Theft after confirmed delivery
• Delivery to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Additional shipping fees may apply for returned or undeliverable packages.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visions Unfolding, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from:

• Product use or misuse
• Improper care
• Environmental exposure
• Shipping delays
• Third-party service failures

Our total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

Assumption of Risk

Customers acknowledge that handcrafted items may include fragile materials and decorative embellishments.

By purchasing, you assume all risks associated with:

• Decorative materials
• Small components
• Glass breakage
• Improper handling

Items are not intended for children.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers agree to contact us prior to initiating any payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may result in:

• Account restrictions
• Recovery of associated fees
• Legal action

Marketing & Photography Rights

Unless requested otherwise in writing prior to shipment,

Visions Unfolding, LLC reserves the right to photograph and display completed work

for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

No personal identifying information will be shared without consent.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Severe weather
• Supply chain disruptions
• Government restrictions
• Carrier service interruptions

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the appropriate courts located within Virginia.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
