By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Order Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time required to create, prepare, and package your order before shipment.
• Standard (non-custom) items: 14 business days
• Custom & personalized items: 14 business days (production time may vary based on design complexity)
Processing times do not include shipping transit time.
We reserve the right to adjust production timelines during high-volume periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
Once shipped, delivery timelines depend on the selected carrier and service level.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Visions Unfolding is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or service interruptions.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure secure receipt of the package.
Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
Visions Unfolding, is not responsible for:
• Packages marked delivered but reported missing
• Theft after confirmed delivery
• Carrier scanning errors
• Delivery to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
We strongly recommend providing a secure delivery location.
Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.
If a package is returned due to:
• Incorrect address
• Refusal of delivery
• Unclaimed delivery
Additional shipping fees will be required to resend the package.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
Please provide:
• Proof of purchase
• Timestamped photographs of the damaged item
• Photographs of the original packaging with original label
Failure to provide required documentation within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.
We reserve the right to determine replacement, store credit, or refund eligibility.
International Shipping (If Applicable)
International customers are responsible for:
• Customs duties
• Import taxes
• Brokerage fees
• Delays caused by customs processing
Visions Unfolding, is not responsible for customs-related delays or fees.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Severe weather
• Supply chain disruptions
• Government restrictions
• Carrier service interruptions
