1. Submit your custom request
Complete the inquiry form with your design details, inspiration, and personalization preferences.
2. Receive your final quote and deposit invoice
Once your request is reviewed, you will receive your final price along with the required deposit to begin your custom piece.
3. Your design is reserved and creation begins
Once the deposit is received, your project is placed into production and thoughtfully handcrafted.
4. Final balance is due before shipping or pickup
Your remaining balance for your custom order, along with applicable shipping and sales tax, will be invoiced once your piece is completed and ready for delivery.
To ensure the most refined and beautiful final design, please upload the highest-quality image available. For best results, images should be at least 1000 pixels on the shortest side, with 2000 pixels or larger preferred for optimal clarity and detail. Accepted file types: JPG, JPEG, and PNG. Please note that blurry, dark, heavily cropped, or screenshot images may affect the overall finish and detail of your custom handcrafted piece. with your pet’s face clearly visible whenever possible.
